Return window

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

Refund processing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us for assistance.

Shipping costs
